Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from BioAsia 2012!!

I am pleased to inform you that ninth edition of BIOASIA, the annual
international event, is scheduled to be organized at Hyderabad from
Feb 09-11 2012 at HICC Hyderabad. The event is being organized, on
behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, by the Federation of Asian
Biotech Associations [FABA] in association with the Pharmaceutical
Export Promotion Council, Government of India.

BioAsia over the years has emerged as a Global Brand and has been
offering the most sought platform for convergence of the business
leaders, policy makers, investors, etc. BioAsia 2011 organized by FABA
from February 22 -24, 2011 was a great success in all the segments in
terms of delegate and exhibitor participation, including those from
overseas, on site B2B meetings for collaborations, top notch
presentations and panel discussions in 14 sessions with 60 speakers.
The event recorded a foot fall of over 2500 delegates & visitors
during the three days which include more than 120 foreign delegates
from 38 countries across the Globe including sizeable delegations from
China (11), France (9), Germany (9) Iran (26), Malaysia (14), USA
(10), Belarus (4), and Ukraine (4) from biotech industry and
institutions.

With the overwhelming response for the event in the previous years, we
are keen to take the event to next level. We are in the process of
carefully structuring the event to address issues / demands of
industry and is likely to comprise of a global business partnering,
exhibition, a conference with talks from some global thought leaders &
interactive sessions, CEO Conclave, award ceremony, networking
dinners, etc.

Proposed theme of BioAsia 2012 is as follows:

Optimizing opportunities
Vaccines | Contract Research | Investments | IP

In light of the strengths of Asia in Lifesciences, we would like to
work with you to explore the possibilities and are keen on having AFOB
on board of the BioAsia 2012.

Under such circumstance, we would be happy to discuss and pursue this
proposal with you and your team. I would appreciate your views on how
to take this proposal forward.

Looking forward to your support to BioAsia.

Warm Regards,

Paridhi
