We are inviting any AFOB members to submit their design ideas for the AFOB Newsletter banner.

The winning design will be used as the AFOB Newsletter banner until we have the next winner. The AFOB regional editors will participate in the select processes of submitted designs.

1. Please use the attached form to apply.
2. The AFOB logo (attached) should be used and remain unchanged.

3. The image resolution should be webpage compatible (150 dpi or higher).
4. Please create your design image file in Tiff or JPEG format.
