■ AFOB Members: $150

■ None AFOB Members: $200

-     These fee includes the excursion on August 30, 2013

-     For AFOB member, the registration fee is US$150 and you can get US$100 reimbursement from the AFOB office if you apply it through the AFOB office. However, the minimum number should be 15 people to be able to get the reimbursement (100-A-Head campaign) which is supported by Thailand convention and exhibition bureau (www.tceb.or.th)
