The first announcement of 2nd ACB is now available at IIT Delhi website (http://www.iitd.ac.in) .

One can access this by going to IIT Delhi home page (http://www.iitd.ac.in) and then clicking on the icon "Conferences" (under 'Research' subheading) available on the left hand side of the IIT home page. This link will take you to the list of conferences being organized by IIT Delhi and you can find the ACB details there.
